01Disconnect Instagram or Facebook
To stop Figcel posting for an account and delete what Meta gave us about it, do any one of these. Each deletes the access token and the account details at once.
- In Figcel. Open your profile and press Disconnect next to Instagram or Facebook.
- In Instagram. Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites. Under Active, choose Figcel and remove it.
- In Facebook. Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Choose Figcel and remove it.
Posts already published stay on Instagram or Facebook. Delete them there if you want them gone.
02Delete your account and all your data
Write to hello@figcel.com from the email address you sign in with, and say you want your Figcel account deleted. We delete your account, your packs, your brands, any connected Instagram or Facebook account and the list of what you posted within 30 days, and write back when it is done.
We keep only what the law asks us to keep, such as invoices.
