01These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and legal entity name, India (“Figcel”, “we”). By using figcel.com or the Figcel app you accept them. If you use Figcel for a business, you confirm you may accept them for it.
02What Figcel does
Figcel reads the public pages of a website you give us and makes carousels and ad copy in that brand’s look. Figcel writes with AI and checks its work, but it can still make mistakes: read every carousel and its copy before you post or run it. We do not promise any result from your posts or ads.
03Your account
You must be 18 or over. Keep your sign-in safe and your details accurate; you are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
04Plans and payment
Your first pack is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in rupees, plus GST, once billing opens. Each plan includes a number of packs a month; unused packs do not carry over. You can change or cancel your plan at any time, and it runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
If a pack fails to make, we make it again or return it to your plan. We tell you by email before a price changes; your current period keeps its price.
05Fair use
- Use Figcel only for brands you own or are allowed to represent.
- Don’t make anything unlawful, misleading or infringing, and follow Meta’s advertising standards and the ASCI code when you run ads.
- Don’t copy, scrape or reverse-engineer Figcel, or get around its limits.
06Your content and what we make
You keep the rights to your brand: your name, logo, words and photos. You let us use them to make and show your packs, and for nothing else. The carousels and copy we make for you are yours to use. The fonts and design elements in them are licensed for that use.
Our looks, software and the Figcel brand stay ours. If a carousel resembles someone else’s work by chance, don’t use it, and tell us.
07Competitor ads
Where Figcel reads competitors’ ads, it reads what is public, such as Meta’s Ad Library, to find patterns. It never copies anyone’s ads, words or images into yours, and it never claims to know their results.
08Other services
When you post to Instagram or run ads on Meta, or sell through Shopify, their terms apply to that use. We are not responsible for those services.
09Our responsibility
Figcel is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or money spent on ads. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow us to limit.
10If someone claims against us
If a claim against us comes from content you gave us, or from your use of Figcel against these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs of it.
11Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will email you at least 15 days before it takes effect.
13Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of city have jurisdiction. Write to us first at hello@figcel.com: most things are sorted out faster that way.
